HYDRATE: Drink, drink, drink! Health bodies are hydrated bodies. Hydrate before, during and after.  We have vapor-distilled, electrolyte infused water available for purchase and a water-fill station if you bring your own bottle.

ATTIRE + SHOES: Until your closet is completely full of SO apparel, any athletic attire will do! We recommend a tee or tank, form fitting pants or shorts, and of course, socks and a flat-sole sneaker. You are more than welcome to bring your own SPD-compatible shoes. We also offer complimentary SPD shoe-rental. Please note: We have limited sizes available and our rentals are first come first serve.

CHECK IN: Arrive at least 10 minutes early. There's nothing worse than a last minute introduction.  When you arrive, check in with the front desk crew. You'll sign a new client waiver and confirm your preselected bike number. We'll show you around the studio and prep you on our style of class.

WATER + SHOES: Water is available for purchase for $2.00. Our bikes are both SPD and sneaker compatible. We offer do offer complimentary SPD shoe-rental at both locations, but keep in mind that we have limited sizes available and our rentals are first come first serve.

CHANGING ROOMS + STORAGE: We have cubbies and lockers for storing your belongings along with amenity-filled changing rooms. Unfortunately, we do not have showers, but we do provide towels, hairdryers, and other beauty products so you can carry on with the rest of your day.

ETIQUETTE: Bring good vibes into this space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the vibe, we do not allow cell phones in the studio. Unplugging for 45 minutes out of an entire day can be very therapeutic. In the meantime, feel free to plug your phone in at our charging station located in the lobby.

BIKE SETUP: As a new rider, it's important to let one of our trained CREW members properly fit you to your bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our technique.

SAFETY: Our classes are designed to push you to your limits. Our instructors are motivational leaders who will inspire you to push yourself but it's important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your own bike. Make sure to check that all pins are tight, that your cycling shoes are secure in the pedals, and that you test the brake. Our dim-lighting studio is the perfect environment for each rider to feel comfortable.
